I am your Home

In what seems like a worn down

Tainted space,

Droopy windows and closed off doors,

Your smile brings me home.

Let that home be dainted with weary paints,

And dull walls,

Scattered memories, hurted hearts,

Used beds and dirty blankets,

It's still a home, if you are in it.

May be I am those leaking walls, 

And broken roof. 

Ragged carpet and stained curtains. 

Even in desperate situations, love! 

I am your home, 

Roughed up but still standing..!
